    Eight suites next to the cathedral, arranged around a courtyard so quiet you'd never guess the city center is right outside. Decu Downtown is a boutique hotel that reads more like a private compound, with colonial bones and spare, almost meditative interiors that somehow never tip into affectation. The rooftop lounge, pool, and an on-site restaurant punching well above eight-suite weight round it out. It holds a Michelin Key.
