This Michelin-starred, fine dining room in Belgravia is the kind of place where people still dress for dinner without being asked, which in London is nearly a miracle. The kitchen runs on classic British foundations but handles modern technique without making a fuss about it. Quietly grand, quietly serious, quietly everything Belgravia thinks it is.
