A Michelin-starred dining room perched above Lake Santa Croce, where the De Pra family has been cooking mountain food for generations. Game, mushrooms, and freshwater fish come from the surrounding hills and the kitchen's own garden, prepared with enough restraint that you can taste where you are. An open fireplace does real cooking duty. The room mixes antique furniture with clean modern lines, and the views through the windows do half the work before the food arrives.
