Dorfhus Gupf
Alpine Austrian
The centerpiece of this Alpine restaurant is an open asado grill, where whole fish and large cuts of meat cook in plain sight. The room has a modern mountain feel without veering into kitsch, and the menu ranges widely, from schnitzel to fish curry. The wine list runs to around 1,300 labels, with a cellar holding thousands of bottles, some available to buy on the spot. A sommelier is on hand, which given the list's scale is less a luxury than a necessity.
