A former chain hotel that Provenance Hotels quietly stripped down and made over, the Dossier is a luxury boutique stay in the thick of downtown Portland. The hotel leans into local, with Oregon wines, regional beers, and an all-day bar pulling the neighborhood inside. Powell's Books is a short walk away, and so is most of what makes Portland worth visiting, which does a lot of the hotel's work for it.
