Four days a week, the couple farm the land around their red-brick country home. The other three, they seat 16 guests across three rooms for a 10-course tasting menu shaped entirely by what's ready. It's an intimate farm dinner, two hours north of Toronto, with all-Canadian wines and a chef's counter close enough to overhear the cooking. The Michelin Guide has selected it, and Canada's 100 Best placed it 39th in 2026.
