A narrow pedestrianised street in Terrassa's old quarter is a fine spot to revive Catalan farmhouse recipes nobody else bothered to remember. This modern cuisine restaurant runs as a true family affair, with one half of the couple cooking and the other running the room. The menu leans on local organic sourcing and seasonal tasting options alongside a daily set menu. The name, borrowed from Imma's grandfather, was his word for anything sublime, which sets expectations at a certain altitude. The Michelin Guide awards it a Bib Gourmand.
