The dining room sits directly above a txakoli wine cellar, in the same building that once housed Azurmendi, which now operates just a few meters away, as if the address couldn't stop producing Michelin-starred restaurants. This is a creative Basque tasting menu restaurant from chef Eneko Atxa, with one menu, open-view kitchens, and a single-minded focus on the region's flavors pushed through serious technique. It holds a Michelin star.
