The kitchen leans into California's seasonal obsessions with real conviction, running a compact prix fixe alongside a longer tasting menu. Herb-laminated pasta, foraged mushrooms, Vietnamese-inflected black cod, the menu reads like a love letter to the region. The drive out from Santa Rosa is part of the deal, and nobody here seems to mind.
