The chef runs an open kitchen turning out four or five seasonal courses that pull from Mediterranean and international ideas, the cooking precise and quietly inventive. Out front, his co-owner runs the room with a warmth that makes the whole thing feel like dinner at a friend's place, a friend who happens to give very good wine advice.
