    The pool has been the centerpiece of this 10-acre Santa Rosa resort since forever, and it still earns that status. The Flamingo leans hard into mid-century Modernist fantasy, which puts it closer in spirit to Palm Springs than Wine Country, a distinction the lobby's contemporary art collection only reinforces. Rooms are thoroughly renovated but keep the aesthetic. The Lazeaway Club handles pan-Pacific cooking, and the spa connects directly to a full fitness center.
