Fleur de Sel
French
A contemporary bistro tucked into a quiet village in the Cher valley, not far from Château de Chenonceau, where the chef trained alongside Bernard Loiseau before settling into this friendly room. The menu changes often enough that regulars never quite know what they're walking into, which is partly why they keep coming back. The Michelin Guide has given it a Bib Gourmand, and the place fills fast at lunch.
