Regional Austrian
The restaurant is carved into a Muschelkalk limestone wine cellar, so the barrel vault you eat inside has been aging longer than anyone in the room. It's a regional and seasonal Austrian kitchen with a Michelin Bib Gourmand, where the chef works an open kitchen before the tunnel opens up into something unexpectedly grand. The menu runs from a classic Backhendl to pike-perch with fermented beetroot, à la carte or in a four or six course set.
