Gut Purbach
Regional Austrian
A centuries-old farmhouse turned inn on the edge of the Neusiedler See, with a courtyard terrace shaded by old trees and a kitchen that leans hard into the regional and seasonal. This is the kind of Austrian restaurant where offal is a point of pride and beaver meat appears on the menu without apology, alongside the signature chicken cooked inside a bladder. Much of what arrives at the table, wine included, comes from the estate itself.
