    Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the gardens and sea beyond, and the former staff lodge of a royal palace turns out to be a fine address for a two-Michelin-star dinner. The chef takes classic French cooking and nudges it somewhere more playful, with a quiet nod to Danish tradition along the way. The service team clearly enjoy themselves, which helps. Wear something nice.
