The bouillabaisse and Paris-Brest make you briefly forget you're in Aarhus, which is more or less the point. This French bistro takes its cues from the classic Parisian model, warm room, familiar dishes, a serious Burgundy list, while quietly running on Danish produce underneath. Lunch leans lighter, croque madame and the like, and dinner opens into à la carte or a four-course seasonal menu. The kind of place where nothing tries to surprise you, except how comfortable it all feels.
