It's an aperitivo bar in Trastevere that pulls a crowd big enough to colonize the piazza outside most evenings. The cocktail list roams restlessly, taking inspiration from neighborhoods around the world. It holds a spot on Europe's 50 Best Bars, which the early-evening spillover crowd seems blissfully unaware of.
