Emma cooks while Alberto runs the room, and fresh seafood arrives from Galicia every other day via the owner's brother, which is exactly the kind of family logistics that produces good mussels. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand. The mojo-dressed mussels and octopus empanadas do most of the heavy lifting.
