    A counter-service taco joint in The Heights where the filling can come from just about anywhere on the map, including Thai-style chicken, lamb keema, falafel, and fried oysters with ranch slaw. You order at the counter, grab a frozen margarita, and land in a dining room painted a shade of orange that commits fully. The patio is the move when the weather cooperates, and the queso and hummus both turn up for sharing. The Infatuation put it on its Houston tacos list.
