A port view sets the scene for this all-day restaurant run by a couple who cooked their way through Alain Passard's kitchen, Corsica, and Dan Barber's Blue Hill before landing here. They call it a "culinary house," and it earns the name, running from breakfast through dinner in a room full of cosy corners. Every dish on the menu leads with a vegetable or fruit, and the cooking takes that ecological seriousness without making you feel like you're being lectured.
