A former mechanical workshop in the Jesús district, now a one-Michelin-star tasting menu restaurant where the roof opens up like a skylight and the room divides into a sofa lounge, a chamber called the Sala de la Luz, and a main dining room built around an open kitchen. The meal moves through all of it, which is either a journey or a commute depending on your mood. Two menus, lots of small dishes, a counter seat facing the kitchen if you like watching controlled chaos up close. Book early.
