Rasmus Kofoed's three-Michelin-star tasting menu restaurant sits on the eighth floor of a football stadium, which is either the most Copenhagen thing imaginable or the least. Around fifteen courses move through biodynamic vegetables, foraged plants and berries, and seafood from non-endangered species, all plated with the kind of precision that makes you feel slightly underdressed even if you aren't. The wine cellar is enormous. The park views help.
