    A gluten-free pizzeria where nobody has to ask, because the whole menu already is. Round Neapolitan-style pies, pastries, and a room that's simple but put-together with care. The kitchen has clearly done the homework to make gluten-free dough feel like a choice rather than a consolation prize. It landed on 50 Top Pizza Europe's Excellent Pizzerias list, which tells you this isn't just a workaround restaurant.
