This Mission small-plates spot draws on Southeast Asian and Vietnamese flavors and bends them through a California lens, with a rooftop drowning in plants and a cocktail list that leans tropical. The Michelin Guide named it a Bib Gourmand. Reservations fill fast, but the bar usually has room for walk-ins willing to show up early.
