    A tasting menu restaurant from Andrew Black, who took home the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southwest. The room reads swank, the menu shifts with the season, and the cocktails are the kind of thing where "oxtail fat-washed rye" appears on the list without irony. Oklahoma City has more going on than people assume, and this place is a fair part of why.
