Tucked inside an old-school hotel that's been around forever, Hebelstube is a seasonal restaurant leaning hard into the Baden-Württemberg pantry, with a wine list to match. The kitchen goes from rustic (calf's head) to elaborate (Black Forest salmon trout with crayfish lasagne and citrus beurre blanc) without losing its footing. Service is warm and attentive, and the summer terrace is the kind of thing you'll resent leaving.
