Five suites spread across two buildings in the East Flanders village of Bazel, the older ones leaning traditional, the newer Relais de Bazel running more contemporary, and a wraparound terrace on the loft with views that justify packing a second coffee. This boutique hotel shares its name and address with the Michelin-starred restaurant next door, which is either a convenient coincidence or the whole point of coming.
