A restaurant tucked inside a camping farm in the Limburg countryside, which tells you almost nothing about what arrives on the plate. The chef works two set menus and has a particular gift for sauces, pulling in red curry and coconut milk where you'd least expect them. The room is modern and light-filled, the service relaxed, and the surrounding greenery does its part. Picked up by the Michelin Guide.
