Homestead Kitchen
Contemporary British
A stone farmhouse on the North York Moors that the team has turned into a small, unpretentious restaurant where the menu reads like a map of the surrounding landscape. Moorland roe deer, Whitby crab, and whatever the kitchen garden is offering all find their way onto plates that lean hearty rather than fussy. The sauces in particular do a lot of quiet, convincing work.
