    A glass-fronted dry-aging cabinet sits behind the bar of this nautically themed pub on the Humber estuary, which tells you roughly what kind of night you're in for. The kitchen leans into proper British cooking, with produce from their own smallholding and meats finished in a Josper oven. The cement works next door is not glamorous, but the estuary views go some way toward balancing the ledger.
