An old presbytery on the Oude Maas, converted into a Michelin-starred restaurant without losing the stone-and-timber gravity of a building that was clearly built for serious occasions. The chef trained classical and then kept going sideways, weaving Thai flavors into Limburg produce in a way that reads as a genuine obsession rather than a menu gimmick. A terrace hangs over the river, guestrooms are available upstairs, and the village outside is precisely as quiet as you'd hope.
