This is an old-school Old Town hotel with the velvet armchairs, ornate brass, and carved wood you'd expect, plus wallpaper that belongs behind glass somewhere. It's been around forever, back when it counted as the cutting edge of Kraków hospitality, and it still sits across from the Czartoryski Museum, a short walk from the Barbican. Expect a mid-to-upper price and a lobby where jeans feel slightly underdressed. The Michelin Guide lists it among its Selected Hotels.
