Hotel L'Avenida

Twelve rooms in a century-old townhouse in Sóller, the hilltop town half an hour north of Palma, with views out over the northern coast that make you feel like you've accidentally inherited someone's elegant private home. Period architectural details meet contemporary design inside, and the Michelin Guide awarded it one Key. There's a small pool, in-room spa treatments, and a seasonal lunch terrace, but for dinner the staff point you toward town, which turns out to be the right call.
