The dining room sits in the vaulted basement of Nottingham's old city law courts, which does give a certain dramatic quality to ordering small plates. Ibérico is a tapas restaurant with a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and its menu roams well beyond Spain, pulling in yuzu and dukkah alongside the Mediterranean anchors. Four dishes a head is about right. The crowd tends toward people who've been before and already know what they're getting.
