Alain Ducasse's fine dining room sits on the fifth floor of Doha's Museum of Islamic Art, and Philippe Starck's design makes the room itself feel like an exhibit. White leather wingback chairs embroidered with Arabic calligraphy face floor-to-ceiling windows over the Bay. The contemporary French tasting menu leans on Qatari produce, with courses finished tableside. It holds a Michelin star and a spot on MENA's 50 Best Restaurants list.
