    The pastel-pink building in Doha's revamped Mina District is hard to miss, which seems to be the point. Baron is a sprawling, buzzy restaurant, a sibling of the Beirut original, where exposed pipework and an open kitchen keep things lively. The menu calls itself Mediterranean fusion, which here means North African and Asian threads woven through Lebanese staples. Portions run generous and sharing is the move. It holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
