The restaurant sits inside Hangar-7, a glass-and-steel structure that also shelters vintage aircraft and racing cars, which means dinner comes with a view of a helicopter. Ikarus holds two Michelin stars and runs on a rotating format: each month a different internationally renowned chef takes over the kitchen with a new tasting menu. The room is all dark floors, leather, and a glass wine cabinet that earns its real estate.
