    Perched inside the Petra Segreta resort above a garden with coastal views, this fine dining room earns its Michelin star with modern Mediterranean cooking built largely from what the hotel farm grows, raises, and ages on-site. Celebrity chef Enrico Bartolini oversees the menu, which keeps Sardinian scrubland as its north star. The setting is quietly spectacular, and the herbs alone will make you question every dish you've eaten before.
