The veranda overlooks the port at Forio, and on a clear evening the sea views do most of the work before the food arrives. This is a regional seafood restaurant rooted in the cooking of Ischia and Campania, and the kitchen leans into that identity: pasta with the nearly extinct local zampognaro beans is the kind of dish that doesn't exist anywhere else. Rabbit served in terracotta is another house signature. Old-school in the best sense, without any of the fuss.
