This family-run restaurant in wine country holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand and leans hard into the Austrian classics, pike dumplings and plum dumplings among them. The Jamek name has been synonymous with Riesling and Grüner Veltliner here for generations, so ordering anything other than a local pour would feel a bit like bringing a sandwich to a steakhouse.
