Seven tables, twenty seats, and a direct sightline to the kitchen pass where the chefs plate every course before walking it over to explain it themselves. This Michelin-starred tasting menu restaurant inside the A22 Hotel leans into Latvian seasons, so the menu shifts with what the country is doing outside. Cooking is modern but grounded, with nothing on the plate there just to be clever. The wine pairings are bespoke, which is a good argument for booking the room upstairs.
