A chic brasserie in central Riga where the menu roams from oysters and burrata to burgers and game, but the serious business is steak, sourced from the Netherlands, the UK, and the US. The cuts meant for sharing fill most of the tables, so arrive hungry or arrive in company. Cocktails while you decide is not a bad policy here, and the room seems to encourage it.
