    The name means "emperor's hall," and the room takes that seriously: high ceilings, stuccowork, hardwood floors, and a glass-cube kitchen sitting right in the entrance so you can watch the team work before you've even sat down. This is a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant doing modern Mediterranean cooking with a creative edge. The à la carte option is a nice touch when a set menu feels like a commitment.
