The interiors lean into the medieval bones without going full theme-park about it, and there are two places to eat: a contemporary restaurant and a courtyard bistro serving regional classics. Guests can borrow an e-bike or a Vespa to drift through the surrounding orchards and farmland. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
