Flemish cooking forms the backbone, with the chef nudging tradition toward something a little more contemporary without losing the generous spirit. Dishes come with playful, slightly irreverent names that telegraph the mood accurately. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand, and the food-beer pairings are taken seriously here.
