Seven timber cabins sit inside a nature reserve in the Őrség region, each sleeping two in the kind of stripped-back minimalism where raw wood does all the talking. Kástu grew out of Pajta, the restaurant next door, and shares its architect, so the visual language is consistent: modern lines, honest materials, very little clutter between you and the forest outside. Guests who prefer their nature with a mattress underneath them tend to find this a comfortable arrangement.
