A seven-room boutique hotel tucked into Alaçatı's cobblestone lanes, built inside a 19th-century stone house that the Kestelli family has been quietly obsessing over for generations. Architect Hakan Ezer fitted the rooms around a flowering courtyard, pairing ebonized cabinetry with handwoven textiles and works by Turkish artists. The family's own farm supplies the kitchen, which is the kind of detail that sounds like marketing until you taste breakfast.
