Khói is a backyard barbecue operation where you order at a tent, find a picnic table under the shade, and eat whatever came out of a vintage smoker with its own song-based nickname. It only runs on weekends, so plan accordingly. The brisket and dino ribs go by the pound, but the fish sauce glaze on the chicken is where Texas and Vietnam stop politely coexisting.
