Kimpton Aysla Mallorca

Palma-based architect Guillermo Reynés designed this 79-room boutique hotel to feel like it grew out of the Mallorcan soil, and it more or less did. Rooms run spacious and colorful, with in-room espresso machines and yoga mats made from recycled cork, because of course. Suites can add private gardens or outdoor jacuzzis. There's a pool, a Codage Paris spa, and two restaurants pulling in opposite directions, fine-dining Mediterranean-Asian and casual poolside Mallorcan.
