An old farmstead in Albes where the family pivoted from growing produce to cooking it, and the kitchen still works almost entirely with organic, local ingredients. It's a sit-down restaurant with a contemporary Alpine menu: colorful plates, generous portions, and an all-female front-of-house team genuinely happy to walk you through the philosophy. There's also a small shop on the way out, which is dangerous if you arrived on an empty stomach.
